Dorset Care Record Programme Partners

The host of the event are the 9 health and social care partners across Dorset implementing the Dorset Care Record Progamme.  The partners are :

• Bournemouth Borough Council
• Borough of Poole
• Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group
• Dorset Health Care, South West Ambulance Service and,
• the 3 acute hositpals - Dorset County, Poole and Royal Bournemouth & Christchurch
