East Dulwich Literary Festival

The East Dulwich Literary Festival 2016!

Once again Harris Girls’ Academy is celebrating the literary arts with opportunities open to our local community, including performances, readings and talks. The theme for 2016 is Growing Up, with many of the scheduled events focusing on childhood, adolescence and old age.

This year all of our public events will be run in partnership with the Ivy House, our local Community led Inn on Stuart Road. The school bookshop ‘Tales on the Rye’ – run in partnership with ‘Tales on Moon Lane will be running a pop-up bookshop at all events.

Students will be taking part in a range of activities linked to the theme throughout the week including hosting a tea party for residents from an elderly care home, a pop-up bookshop at our local primary school, performances by the Combat Veteran Players and the burial of our very own time capsule!

Tickets for all of our public events are available in advance from the school reception as well on Eventbrite.   Do contact us at the details below if you have any questions or queries.

Join us for an enriching week of events; we look forward to seeing you!
