Eden Wild Food is run by Matthew Normansell, a foraging and wild food guide and enthusiast from Glossop, UK, Covering the whole of the north west, and further afield.

Courses are usually 90mins - 2 hours for a taster course or half day 3.5 - 4 hours including a break and consist of learning how to identify, harvest, preserve and use seasonal wild food.
