Regina is a UK qualified teacher turned trained education mental health practitioner. Regina worked in secondary schools in Gloucestershire schools. During her time as a teacher, Regina developed a passion for mental health education to support young people to overcome barriers to their learning and happiness.

Regina works for NHS as part of the mental health support team for schools. Her main job include the delivery of Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapies for common mental health difficulties like depression, anxiety and behaviour difficulties. Regina provides you with a confidential, relaxed, patient, and safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. You won't feel judged you will heard, understood, valued and empowered to make the right choices about your wellbeing.

Other services that Regina provides exceptionally well include training for parents, psychoeducation group work with young people, consultation for staff and audits that support schools to implement change in line with the whole school approach and government guidelines.

Empower International provides mental health education and early intervention services for professionals, parents and the young people that might need it.

Regina is also passionate about diversity, equality, community cohesion for young people. Regina is also the founder of Edufun Cheltenham, a holiday club that delivers fun languages and cultural awareness workshops to foster appreciation for differences and acceptance.

In her free time, Regina likes to cook, socialise and spend time with her friends and family. She most enjoys walking, listening to music, dancing, art, film, travel and spending quality time with her children.

Qualifications: masters in inclusive education, SEND/SEMH, PGDip, Educational Mental Health Practice, PGCE,(UK-QTS) and Therapeutic Art Life Coach
