Hi, I am Edwina, I have oodles of experience in HR, business partnering people managers at every level, initially as an in-house HR Manager and since 2014 as an independent HR Consultant to SME’s.

Throughout my HR career, I have strived to provide managers with the tools and knowledge that they need to be the best version of themselves. Developing individuals, seeing them grow, thrive and succeed as managers, leaders and employers is the best feeling in the world.

In 2023, I decided the managers needed something more, I felt the art of good communication was being lost as a result of automation and streamlined processes and after much pondering and research, I designed ‘the conversation for managers’ a unique programme designed around the employee lifecycle, giving people managers and leaders everything they need to communicate confidently, with clarity, with every employee no matter where they are in their employee journey. In this programme, I have included all the lessons that I have learned throughout my HR career about managing people.

You can access 'the conversation for managers' by joining me on one of the scheduled OPEN courses. Each course consists of 6 modules, each module represents a specific point in the employee lifecycle and we cover the challenges that we are likely to experience at that point of the employees journey as well as the conversations that are essential during that phase. You can pick just the module/s that inspire you or take them all.
