Elaine Kemp has worked for over 20 years in the NHS in operational through to senior national quality improvement roles, supporting teams to systemactically and effectively improve teamwork, performance and the services they deliver for patients.

With impressive results working both with the NHS and SMEs making changes and improvements to productivity and income, using uniquely rewarding, fun and engaging methods putting you in control.

Elaine most enjoys teaching and growing the skills and experience of others so that they understand themselves, teams and environment they work within to capitalise on opportunities.
