Elizabeth Keates is a filmmaker & photographer working across broadcast, theatre and commercial production.

Her early career included work at the BBC, where she developed a disciplined approach to storytelling, structure and visual standards. She later co-founded a creative studio producing work for heritage venues, national brands and corporate organisations including Leeds Castle, Age UK, Interflora at the Chelsea Flower Show, Strawberry Star and York Theatre Royal.

Elizabeth now hosts small, in-person training intensives for business owners and professionals who know they should be more visible — but have not yet found the confidence or framework to begin.

Her work combines production expertise with performance psychology, helping capable professionals translate their knowledge into calm, credible on-camera presence.
