Embodied Flow Gemma

I love sharing things which bring me joy. Over the last few years this has taken the form of teaching cycling, swimming and most recently, yoga. I've practiced yoga for many years and finally took the plunge with yoga teacher training in 2024. I teach a mix of vinyasa and restorative yoga with a sense of embodiment and flow, also weaving in meditation and pranayama. My teaching philosophy is to enable students to connect to their authentic selves, become curious through playful, intuitive explorations and to move with self-compassion, meaning and purpose. I aim to put students at ease, ensuring everyone feels comfortable, secure and empowered in their own practice. My approach is calm, adaptive and easy to follow whilst also being dynamic and creative. I aim to create experiences for students which they can take into their lives in a way which is helpful and meaningful to them.
