Dr. Jane Peckham BA.MBBS.MRCGP.DCH.DRCOG. DipFSRH. Cert Medical Ultrasound, Advanced Certificate of Menopause Care. Jane has been a GP for 27 years and is passionate about how much potential there is to improve the health and wellbeing of women in their post reproductive years. Recently she has focused her professional development in this area culminating in the award of the Advanced Certificate of Menopause Care and is one of only 147 specialists in the UK. Her many years in general practice have seen her support women through both the physical and mental health symptoms associated with menopause. Emma mentors women through menopause, balancing the science of evidence-based therapeutics with soul centred work to heal and alchemise the shadows of the past, embrace powerful fires of change and author a joy filled future. Midlife CAN be one of the most wonderful, radiant and impactful times of our lives if we can tap into our inner world. Our work is to use the tools of yoga, meditation, movement and breath to move beyond the traditional cultural paradigms we have been taught and rewrite our own narrative about menopause.
