Enterprise Action - Support for Business Start-ups, The University of Wolverhampton

The Enterprise Action project, part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), aims to support small and medium sized businesses to develop and grow. We work with businesses located (or planning to be) in the Black Country, Telford, Shropshire and Herefordshire.

So whether you are an aspiring entrepreneur looking for support to develop your idea, a start-up business needing a space to work from and knowledge about all apsects of running a business, or an established company seeking consultancy support to change something within your business, we would like to help.

The support we can offer…

We run monthly (fully-funded, no cost) business seminars, covering a variety of business topics, which you can book onto here. Come and join other business owners looking to access information and guidance on key topics, such as branding, networking, small business finance, intellectual property and many more.

The project can also offer 1 to 1 consultancy for your business, with an experienced business consultant. This is fully funded, so there will be no cost to you and you could access up to 12 hours of their support.

Business can also apply for a match-funded grant from £1,500 to £18,000 to support the development of their business. Conditions do apply but please contact us to discuss if you are interested in a grant.

Join us at one of our events or contact us directly at enterprise@wlv.ac.uk (01902 518960) to discuss how we can assist you.
