Erin Mitchell
Erin Mitchell - Founder of Paradise Yoga. Moving back to UK from Bali in 2018, Erin founded Paradise Yoga and started teaching hatha and ashtanga yoga in London studios and corporate work spaces. Exploring ways of connecting with self, nature and others is a key influence in Erin's life and what she brings to the practise. She teaches a combination, of yoga, meditation and breathwork workshops and host day retreats. Beyond her RYT accreditation, Erin advanced her yoga teacher training and specialised in Nidra.
Nidra is a meditation which moves our brain waves into the theta state and is a very powerful tool to bring to light our subconcious. It's a helful practise to let go of self limiting beliefs and live a fuller life.
Partner yoga brings an element of play and a new range of yoga poses, supporting each other go deeper or to flow together with your breath and bodies synchronised. It's about interaction and connecting with new people.
Having experienced the thriving ecstatic dance scene in Bali and India, discovering how the expression of movement through dance complimented her yoga practice, she felt compelled to bring a combined yoga and dance event to London. Erin now runs a number of events called Conscous Connections bringing together yoga and ecstatic dance.
