EMC^2 ("EMC-squared") is the first pan-European competence centre in Media Computing and Communication.

EMC^2 bridges the gap between industry and academia, especially in areas relating to 3D media processing for Internet and social networking, VR and AR, visualisation and simulation, computer vision and capture, games and interaction, 3D film and video.
