Eva Molero (Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer) REPs Registered

A highly competent and enthusiastic personal trainer with a proven ability to help people achieve their fitness goals. Recognised and qualified as (Level 3) trainer by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) in the UK.

Currently delivering fitness classes and training sessions at different settings: indoor, outdoors, gym, private homes and at a local charity centre.

Designs classes to match the fitness level of participants. The fitness sessions incorporate adequate warm-up and cool down stretching exercises.

Trains clients of different ages and fitness and applies the principles of nutrition to a physical activity programme.

Instructs on effective workout methods and explains proper techniques demonstrating exercises.

Identifies different muscle groups and explains methods to strengthen specific muscles.

Offers nutritional advice - how to improve eating habits within a fitness regime.
