Farah Govani

Farah Govani is a mindfulness teacher and executive coach.

She has been practising mindfulness since 2006 and teaching since 2015. Farah is passionate about introducing people to the practices that have such a profound impact her life. She offers mindfulness classes and programmes to organisations and the general public. She has a Master's degree in Teaching Mindfulness and is featured in the book "Mindfulness for Coaches" by Chaskalson & McMordie. Farah adheres to the Good Practice Guidelines published by the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches.
