I am a weight loss practitioner, a Doterra Wellness Advocate and a passionate mum of 2 with wellness in general. I invite to you to come to my workshops to learn about a range of holistic wellbeing and apply them in your everyday life, whether it is easy healthy cooking, understanding our emotions and how to balance our moods, exercise (hight and low impact), meditation and self- mindfulness, The workshops are an hour ish long, very friendly, engaging and informative.
