Ft. Soul, pronounced Featuring Soul, is a committed space that motivates: reading journeys, running goals and spiritual reflections, to nourish and take care of our souls. The goal is to feed the mind, body and soul with healthy habits and acts of worship, Insha'Allah.

#ReadFtSoul is a monthly reading challenge and book club dedicated to reading a new book (or reread an old gem) every month, and to make more time for reading in our busy lives. Read Ft. Soul book club is an informal space for women to get together, connect and share our favourite highlights and soulful reflections of the monthly book read. The sessions are short and hosted online via zoom.

#RunFtSoul is a weekly running goal to be active and to motivate others to go outside and run too. Run Ft. Soul is also dedicated to helping women unlock their running potential through guided one to one/buddy runs in parks across London every weekend.

#QuranFtSoul is a new series dedicated to learning more about the holy Qur'an through tafsirs, translations, tadabbur and together sharing soulful reflections- Insha'Allah. The focus will also include Hadiths and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) for further guidance. Q' Ft. Soul also holds fortnightly Qur'an book clubs as an informal space for sisters to discuss and share their knowledge and reflections of the ayah (verses) of the Qur'an in discussion. At Ft. Soul, we want to compose a state of balance by featuring the soul with intellectual and spiritual reads (Read Ft. Soul); runs and walks with nature (Run Ft. Soul); and reminders and reflections from the holy Qur’an and Hadiths (Q’ Ft. Soul); and more to come Insha’Allah!
