Flow Box Yoga

Welcome to FLOWBOXYOGA (FBY!)

We recently launched in 2023 with our first community practice space located in Tooting Bec, London.

This platform is used to promote Pop Up Events outside of the studio and sometimes outdoor classes.

Our studio in Tooting is bathed in the beautiful glow of natural daylight, creating a serene and uplifting atmosphere for your yoga practice.

What makes FBY truly special is that all classes are graciously hosted by Emma, the passionate owner and creator of this wonderful space.

Emma's FBY journey began in 2023 with a vision - to build a community where yoga is not only accessible, but also affordable for everyone. Her dedication to making yoga approachable shines through in every class, creating an inviting and inclusive environment that welcomes yogis of all levels.
