Flow Infinito

I'm Julita. I’m a workshop facilitator, Mindfulness Teacher, Traveller, Dancer and Artist with a Psychotherapy background.

I am passionate about the therapeutic benefits of movement and creativity. I also practice active meditation, Mindfulness and yoga. I bring these passions to the therapeutic work, including the elements of creative expression though dance and movement, art therapy and meditation techniques. Because there is nowhere I feel more alive than when I am involved in conscious movement, whether this be dancing, mindful movement or making art. I created Flow Infinito -designed to bring you the benefits of movement in all its forms.

Qualifications and experience:

I completed a four-year postgraduate training in Transpersonal Psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE), London. This course is accredited by BACP and UKCP.

In 2015, I went for a solo trip to Bali and India to take a rest from the city rush, replenish my vitality and gain new life experiences. During eight months living in Asia I learnt different meditation techniques, practiced yoga, lived mindfully without a TV, ate healthy, enjoyed a slower pace of life…basically everything I didn’t have time for in my busy life in London. Whilst there I developed and ran workshops on creativity, mindfulness and movement, inspired by the beautiful experiences I was having along the way. I felt my passion for connecting others to their own energy come to life ever more strongly. Since that time, people from all walks of life have taken part in my workshops, from the shores of the Indian Ocean in Bali, to the offices of the London Mayor, City Hall in London, where I teach Mindfulness Meditation.

In 2010 I was lucky enough to perform in a powerful and inspiring performance at the Barbican entitled ‘Trilogy’ by Nick Green, an “intoxicating celebration of women, feminism and the power of nudity” and discovered the completely powerful feeling of connection whilst dancing naked with a large group of women in front of an audience of 1000 people!!! Since then I’ve dreamed of creating events of my own that produce something equally powerful and positive. “Who are you behind the mask” is a workshop of a much smaller scale (for now). Nonetheless equally powerful!
