Carina Greenwood runs forest bathing courses in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire and surrounding counties. Carina, is a certified Forest Therapy Guide (The Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs) with four years experience of guiding Forest Bathing groups and individuals. She has a Master’s Degree in Arts Practice, Health and Wellbeing (University of South Wales), is trauma aware, a dementia friend and has wilderness first aid training. The proceeds of the ticket sales will go towards the co creation of Wellhouse, a new Forest Therapy Garden site for Social and therapeutic horticulture in the Forest of Dean.
