Freegle is the UK’s biggest and friendliest online reuse network with over 4.5 million members. Every day we help people to give and get things for free, locally - it's like online dating for stuff!

Our mission is to reduce waste and alleviate poverty by increasing reuse - fostering sustainable, resilient and cohesive communities across the UK.

As a not-for-profit, volunteer-run, community-led organisation, we focus on environmental and social benefits, playing a vital role in the circular economy. Our vision is a world where useful items aren't wasted and reuse in communities is normalised and we work collaboratively with other like-minded organisations to maximise our positive impact.

We strive to make a real difference to people’s lives and the planet. Kindness and the efficient use of resources are at the core of everything we do.

Freegle's platform is free to join, free to use everything on it is free - accessible to everyone, regardless of their economic situation. We also run the UK’s first ‘Freegle Free Shop’ in Brighton.
