I am a French expatriate who loves cooking and moved to Manchester about 4 years ago. I cook every day, and when I am not, I sell wine (and not only French one) as an adviser at Reserve Wines.

I cook typical whole-hearted french dishes as my Nan used to make them for me, but I also try to make vegetarian alternatives.The main thing for me with supper clubs, is to bring people around a table wherever they are from, so they enjoy a meal together, making it, hopefully, a great experience for everyone.

I am a strong advocate for locally and ethically sourced products as bases for my dishes, as food and its origins is important for me as to how we consume it.

I now pair all my dishes with specifically and carefully selected wines, my second passion. It comes as an option if you decide to follow my suggestion!
