Having spent over a decade as the CFO of a large company where I collaborated with my fellow directors and the shareholders to implement strategies to transform a company into being very successful, I now use my experience to work with SME business founders and owners to grow their businesses.

My approach integrates the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on those most relevant to business operations. I guide leadership teams in understanding the Triple Bottom Line—People, Planet, and Profit—encouraging a broader view of success that goes beyond financial performance.

A key part of my service is demystifying carbon reporting. I help businesses understand and measure their emissions across Scopes 1, 2, and 3, and provide clear, actionable steps to reduce their carbon footprint. This includes setting realistic Net Zero targets and building a roadmap to achieve them.

Education is central to my work. I engage with all levels of the organisation to ensure that every team member understands what Net Zero means, how it benefits the business, and how they can contribute. This inclusive approach fosters a culture of sustainability and shared responsibility.
