After years as a graphic designer, mainly working in animation I trained at Leith's in 2006 and on completing my training there was asked to be a Junior teacher and have been teaching there ever since (for the past 10 or so years as a Senior teacher).

and used to run my own little private catering company (Pudding & Pie) which was lots of fun - doing private dinners and glamorous canapés parties. I have recipe tested, written for various mags, done food styling, worked with children, developed recipes and done pretty much most things in terms of food!
