Our training sessions are purposefully small allowing for maximum interaction. There are many benefits to ‘Small Group’ training allowing participants to gain knowledge in a more dynamic and active environment. Participants get more air time allowing for the expression of ideas and questions, feedback is encouraged and the learning experience is greatly improved. Many studies have shown that training in small groups greatly increases knowledge gained by participants in contrast to other traditional methods.
