Mica Konin, founder of Great Performances LLC, holds a distinguished academic and professional trajectory. She earned her degree in International Relations from Boston University, followed by an MBA from Henley College, and further honed her leadership acumen with studies in Behavioral Management at Harvard University. Her impressive career includes over 15 years with The Economist Intelligence Unit, where her strategic insights shaped global economic perspectives. Earlier in her career, she worked with Arthur Andersen Consultants.

Mica is a recognized leader in multiple domains. She currently serves as Vice President of the Board of the International Women’s Forum Chile, President of Alumni in Chile for Boston University, and a Global Board Member of the Latin X Group at Boston University. Her dedication to the arts is evident through her roles as Director of the Women’s Museum (National Museum of Women in the Arts) and Director of the Friends of the Municipal Theatre Corporation, where she also chairs the Young Donor & Member Committee. She participated as the youngest board member in the history of The Villa Vizcaya Foundation for just under a decade and enjoyed her Board role with Judy Drucker in the Concert Association of Florida.

In 2014, Mica took on a leadership role as Management Manager and Board Member of Arcoiris Farm Dairy, driving a $15 million capital improvement and a 70% increase in production. Her expertise also extends to real estate, having overseen the acquisition and development of $95 million in single-family residential properties over the last decade. Currently, she is the Founder and CEO of Still Near Corp., an innovative end-of-life planning platform based in Delaware, USA.

Residing between the USA, Key Biscayne, and Chile’s Northern Patagonia, Mica is also a mother to two daughters, Isabella and Micaela. A woman of many talents, she enjoys singing and is also flies helicopters.
