As yoga teacher she is eyes and hands on alignment and loves specially to remind the student to breath and reconnect with their sensations. Her practice aims to guide the practitioners throughout meeting their emotions, embody and connect to their natural essence to enlighten their inner power, being always kind with their self and their own thoughts, acknowledging the power of your own mind set.

She believes that we can create beautiful magic, if we put all our present intentions and energy to manifest our reality, and how a lot of that magic happens through our consciousness, and at the same time in our ability to be truly connected, receive and allow to the inner and surrounding energy available for us, to be transformed into real MAGIC!
