It has been shown to reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance overall health and wellbeing. While it’s gaining popularity among individuals seeking mental and physical relaxation, it’s also become increasingly relevant for corporations to incorporate Forest Bathing in their wellness programs. We take our strategies straight from Japan to deliver a systematic intervention to those who visit us, as well as teaching people the skills they need to keep up the practice themselves.
