Hi, I'm Rosie Dalling, founder of The Boost.

As an executive coach, I’ve been lucky enough to work with exceptional leaders and teams in industries spanning comms, aeronautics, pharmaceuticals, tech, finance and construction.

Sitting across from my clients I noticed a familiar problem: lack of confidence was not only limiting them from reaching their potential but from also from unleashing that potential in the people around them.

I began to wonder: what would be possible for my clients, their teams, and everyone else in their lives if they stopped doubting themselves and allowed their confident selves to be in charge?

I created The Boost because I want to see what’s possible when everyone believes in themselves.
