Homes England

The Homes England offers hands on training for new and inexperienced users in the use of IMS for the Shared Ownership and Affordable Homes Programme 2016 to 2021.  Courses are delivered at our Homes England offices in small, mixed organisation groups.

Currently we are unable to offer these sessions due to COVID restrictions. However we have a number of IMS Training videos on our YouTube channel.  Videos for the above programmes can be found here,  Help to Buy videos can be found here. While the videos are branded Homes and Communities Agency the vast majority of the content is still valid.
