I'm Tara Hopkins, an experienced HR professional who lives in Princes Risborough, Bucks. I'm passionate about helping local small businesses to survive and thrive through having easy access to good HR support, perhaps even before they think their business is large enough to need it.

After 25 years in HR management within a variety of organisations, I set up HR by Tara to provide services to business owners that help them be good employers, while minimising the worry and the paperwork for them.
