HR Leadership Think Tank

The HR Leadership Think Tank, one of six sub-groups falling within the HR Think Tank Series, runs free to attend face to face networking events for senior senior strategic HR professionals (Heads / Directors of HR and HR Business Partners).  It offers members a safe forum to discuss and share industry knowledge with their peers across the market. 


All events are round table discussions, limited in numbers to between 15-20 members.   The events, founded and facilitated by HR recruitment Consultancy Oasis HR, are focused on a particular topical issue that our members are facing, giving everyone ample opportunity to table discussion points and ask questions.  


The general feedback we gain from new members is that it is refreshing to be able to have such open and candid conversations with peers facing the same challenges.  Members also quickly build up a personal network that they can leverage off line when presented with new challenges.
