For seven years, she has passionately driven this mission while balancing her full-time role as a programme management consultant for a global organisation and raising a family.

Alongside her leadership, Ify is a seasoned Programme Management Consultant for a global organisation, where she balances her professional career with her dedication to uplifting others and raising her family. A Certified Life Coach and Psychotherapist, Ify is also the founder of MindPath Consulting - a pioneering therapeutic and coaching practice dedicated to helping individuals and organisations heal, grow, and transform. She combines her expertise and lived experience to empower women and young girls to thrive, unlock their potential, and build a legacy of resilience and success, one story at a time.
