Ima Aura

Ima Aura is a psychotherapist, researcher, and ceremonialist with over 15 years of experience in the mental health sector. Her work centres care, culture, and collective healing, supporting people in reclaiming narrative, rhythm, and meaning beyond dominant models of diagnosis and disorder.

Drawing on lived experience and grounded in liberatory practice, Ima facilitates spaces that honour neurodivergence, racialised embodiment, and ancestral knowing. Her events blend reflection, resourcing, and gentle provocation, inviting participants into deeper relationship with themselves and the world around them.

She is the founder of Rewriting NeuroNarratives, a learning and community space exploring identity, consciousness, and liberation through the lens of neurodiversity.
