As well as running Personal Development Workshops, Inspire UK offers bespoke Leadership and Management development packages for individuals, executives and companies.
I am based in the beautiful Eastern Algarve, in a tiny hamlet called Alvisquer, although I work globally.
Coaching sessions are offered via Zoom or Teams or via telephone, whichever is most practical and suitable for my Coachees. I work flexibly to suit clients and on-site work can be arranged, once restictions and quarantines are lifted.
After a varied career spent in Senior Management Operational roles, I now work with individual Leaders and Managers, supporting them in developing their careers. Working with corporate clients, I enable them to identify strengths and development needs of their teams, and support them with bespoke Coaching programmes, to meet the changing needs of their businesses. Since 2013, Inspire UK has a proven track record and is the result of thirty years’ experience in the retail environment, public sector, recruitment industry and charitable sector. I am passionate about the benefits of Coaching and my aim is to ‘inspire’ people to make the changes required, which in turn have a positive impact on careers and life away from work. I am a firm believer that coaching for personal and career development shouldn't end when the coaching sessions do and that Coachees should leave the sessions with new found self-coaching skills and confidence to continue their journey.
As a qualified Senior Practitioner and Executive Coach and qualified Psychometric Assessor, I can present you with a set of tools that can ultimately lead to everyone reaching their full career potential. I create a safe and secure environment with an objective approach that helps you find your own path using a range of established and innovative coaching models.
