I'm Jane, an artist, photographer and art educator with over 15 years' experience helping people find confidence in their creativity.

I created The Drawing Table because I believe art belongs to everyone — not just people who call themselves artists.

After years of teaching art, I've seen how quickly adults can decide that they "can't draw", and how transformative it can be when the pressure to be good at it disappears.

The Drawing Table grew from a simple idea: what if, instead of worrying about what we could make individually, we sat around one piece of paper and made something together?

My job isn't to teach you how to draw.

It's to create the space, offer a little guidance, and help you forget that you ever thought you couldn't.
