Janet Bell. Nottingham City Council

Janet has worked in Adult Social Care for almost 40 years,starting her career as a carer in the community, progressing to managing a care home and then a Senior Home Care Manager.

For the past 19 years Janet has worked with Nottingham City Council, moving up from Home Care Manager to Contracts Compliance Officer where she has completed in excess 120 audits for care homes and home care.

Janet has a proven track record of improving Care Home scores across the city. She was appointed Provider Quality Development Officer in 2015 and has helped more than 70 providers in the Adult Social Care Sector with training, workshops, consultancy and bespoke support.
