PEACHY IN THE PARK IS IN IT'S 3RD YEAR!
2020 isn't what any of us expected it to be! Park classes are currently on hold until social distancing restrictions are lifted with regards to group exericse, and until the Council agree for classes to go ahead!
THE GOOD NEWS IS... a refreshing selection of 30 to 40 minute LIVE workouts that you can do in your home or garden are now being delivered online.
Online classes incorporate all the best elements we enjoy at the park from...from resistance bands, to kettlebells, to atheletic internval skipping, all live and interactive with fun and refreshing instruction!

What is Peachy in the Park?
Peachy is a fitness class, which normally takes place in a lovely park in Solihull. These classes is focused on the phsyical and mental health benefits of training outdoors.

ABOUT THE PARK CLASSES:
These will return as soon as it is safe to do so, which could be next summer!
What type of workout is it?
- Full body workout using a mixture of resistance equipment and body weight exercises
- Cardio and Strength mix.
Who can come?
- Minimum age 16
- Open to ALL abilities
- Female and male

Where to meet
- Meet on the grass in the middle of the park, next to basket ball court.
Do I have to bring a printed Eventbrite ticket?
No
What if the weather is bad?
We don't train in the rain! That's no fun for anyone. If you want mud and water, try the Wolf Run.
Peachy is there to be active outdoors, a change from training in a gym, some much needed fresh air for indoor workers, making the most of those lovely summer afternoons and evenings... mmm the smell of freshly cut grass.
If it rains the class will be cancelled and replaced with an online class that you can do LIVE and at home!
What to wear
- Fitness / gym attire.
- Trainers with good grip.
- Cover your arms and legs if you find cut-grass itchy.
- Bring a warm top to put on at the end, as you tend to feel colder after you've been sweating.
- There are mats/concrete areas for any floor work
- Wear water resistant tops/bottoms if there's been rain.

Currently there is a 40 minute class happening live via ZOOM every Wednesday at 12.15. You can reserve a place on this via Eventbrite and I will contact you to arrange booking.
