Hello I'm Jenny Ridgwell - I'm a Mudlark and Food Writer.
My latest book Cream Horns and Vol au Vents has stories from my teaching Cookery in East London in the 1970s.
I'm a kind of living history, working at a time when the housewife was changing into a working woman. But I had to teach out-of-date stuff like starching a tray cloth, ironing shirts and Invalid cookery. Jenny Ridgwell website
