Jess North Yoga & TRE

Jess has been practicing yoga for over 2 decades. For the past 7 years, she taught popular classes in the Helston & Falmouth area, but she recently moved to East Cornwall where she will be beginning new classes at Patchwork Studios, Maker Heights, Torpoint.

Jess is also a qualified TRE Provider and she is able to share the benefits of Tension & Trauma Release Exercises with you online or in person.

Jess draws on her years of study with internationally renowned teachers such as Elena Brower, Ally Bogard and Bridget Woods Kramer who have helped Jess develop her own self-care toolkit to help with: anxiety, insomnia, lower back pain, slipped disc, RSI and migraines. She is passionate about continuing to learn and develop her holistic toolkit to help soothe body and mind and bring both back to balance and is keen to share what she’s learned with you!

When Jess isn’t on the yoga mat, you can find her walking her dog on the beach or hanging out at the organic community farm where she now lives.
