Jie He

Jie He is a doctoral student with the Department of Civil, Environmental & Geomatic Engineering, UCL’s Infrastructure Systems Institute, under the supervision of Professor Liz Varga and Professor Zhifu Mi. Her research focuses on sustainable infrastructure investment for the net-zero transition, with an emphasis on ensuring that environmental goals do not compromise long-term resilience. Jie holds an MSc in Management and a BSc in Finance and Accounting, bringing a multidisciplinary foundation to her analysis of complex infrastructure systems and investment strategies.
