Jill Willis & Tribal Health & Performance

Jill's holistic approach to health looks at the whole person - not just the symptoms, but the cause -  both physical and mental.

Jill is an indoor and National Standard Cycle Instructor with many years of experience in the field of sports coaching particularly for her sport of cycling time trials. Her training includes Core Conditioning, Scientific Back Training, Advanced Programme Design, Training Females, Advanced Swiss Ball Training for Rehabilitation, Sports Conditioning for Athletes and Dynamic Medicine Ball training. Jill is also a C.H.E.K level 2 coach in holistic lifestyle and is trained to know how the body moves and responds when it is out of balance.
