My name is John. I'm a natural health practitioner, yoga teacher and gardener. I have studied for many years the holistic meaning of both, the medical and nutritional use of plants, e.g. in Homeopathy, Bach Flower Remedies and Anthroposophic Medicine. I organise meetings on relation with nature and quality criteria in agriculture, nutrition and natural health.

I have found that the relation with nature can be incredibly rich, meaningful and even therapeutic. For me it is an important part of culture, because it is like the relation with my own roots. It can convey a sense of rhythm, connectedness, responsibility and creativity.

In addition I find it important to discuss ways to relate with nature, ways that are not merely intellectual and on the other side not purely emotional and subjective. A conscious encounter with nature should be stimulating for mind and heart.
