Karen is a student of holistic wellness and yoga teacher-in-training, whose education is supported by a background in the healthcare industry with a PhD in Cell Biology. This provides Karen with the skills and understanding to be able to share knowledge and provide practical solutions to support others. She aims to empower others with the tools to feel well in order to live the most fulfilling life possible.

As a conscious Mamma to two dogs, her education and personal experiences have brought her a wealth of both scientific understanding and a complementary and integrative approach to health and wellbeing. 

Karen believes that one of the simplest ways to positively affect our overall wellbeing is to focus on a holistic approach and lifestyle changes. Yoga, essential oils and nutrition can all play central roles in this.

Karen is experienced in using essential oils to support mood management, rest and relaxation, migraines and yoga amongst other things.
