Kathy Rustell is an award-winning website designer and digital strategist with over 30 years of experience helping women grow businesses they love. Based in North Devon, she co-runs BYBO Digital with her daughter Jennifer, supporting female entrepreneurs across the UK and in over 20 countries.

Kathy is passionate about building genuine connections, both online and offline. Her Walk & Talk networking events bring together women in business for informal, feel-good mornings filled with conversation, collaboration, and community.

As a mum of three and grandma of eight, Kathy understands the juggling act of business and life, and she’s all about creating supportive spaces where women can share ideas, be inspired, and build something meaningful one step at a time.
