Katie Spong - Wellbeing Coach

Katie Spong is a Personal Trainer, Pilates teacher and Wellbeing Coach who has recently moved to Brighton from London; the sea always being her happy place.

Her philosophy is simple - Train For Life. Life is for living, so let's move well, nourish our bodies and grow our minds. She's on a mission to spread the message and works with women to live their best lives. To work with Katie, you can book her Wellbeing Coaching 8 Week programme, train with her as a PT 1:1 or attend her weekly Pilates classes.
