Keith Loy

My name is Keith Loy. I have spent this past 23 years of my life totally devoted to the practice & study of mindfulness and many other forms of meditation.  I use what I have learned in my life every single day and this hands on personal experience & knowledge of mindfulness has allowed me to overcome many mental & emotional hurdles throughout my life ... this knowledge, I would now like to pass on to you!

I'm a qualified Yoga & Meditation teacher and also author of 3 books on meditation, which have now sold on every continent. My aim is to teach meditation in its purest form, without philosophical or metaphysical trappings so it may be used by anyone at all without feeling they need to adhere to any particular system of thought.
