Kinga SpiritsDancer

Dance has been a central part of my life since childhood, with a strong foundation in classical ballet and contemporary dance. Over time, my journey evolved into more expressive and self-exploratory forms such as Contact Improvisation and 5Rhythms.

In 2011, my life took a dramatic turn following a near-fatal motorbike accident in Bali, where I had arrived on a cultural scholarship to study Traditional Balinese Dance. Just a year prior, I had undergone a Shamanic initiation—an experience that later proved pivotal in my healing journey. Drawing on this inner wisdom, I not only recovered but was also guided toward a deeper path of healing and self-discovery.

After moving to the UK, I began integrating movement with therapeutic practices, completing a body-centered psychotherapy training with Tim Brown in 2016. I went on to assist Tim’s training group for four years, gaining extensive experience in working with physical, emotional, and spiritual trauma.

Continuing my Shamanic path, I have participated in numerous plant medicine and cacao ceremonies, and trained as a Shamanic Trance Dance facilitator under Leo Rutherford.

Bringing together my diverse life experiences, therapeutic knowledge, and deep love for movement, I now offers *SpiritsDance*—a conscious movement practice that invites participants on a journey of embodied healing, expression, and connection.
