Kirsty is an intuitive sound healing practitioner based in East London. In her sessions, Kirsty aims to create a welcoming and safe space for you to explore your own inner journey and self-healing through the power of sound and vibration. She uses sound healing instruments, including gongs, crystal bowls, frame drum, chimes and tuning forks to create an immersive soundscape that helps you to:

• Relax and unwind, while reconnecting with yourself;
• Find a sense of balance and peace, and;
• Help you reach a state of deep relaxation, where you can find clarity and peace of mind.
