Krio Heritage Foundation (KHF)

Description
:

Investing in our Tradition, Culture and Heritage:

It is incumbent on us Krio Heritage Foundation to launch and bring the Krio narrative and perspective to the fore front at this moment in time. This would help identify, preserve and shape the predictable future within the diaspora and especially in Sierra Leone, the original birth place of the Creoles. The community pillars encapsulate Education, Health, Relief of poverty, Heritage, Culture, Climate and Environment.

Krio Heritage Foundation would look into the influence and position of the Krios in post colonial, independent Sierra Leone; with a heightened sense of understanding, thereby empowering and emboldening our generation and that of the succeeding ones. However, we envisage the future with enthusiasm and an acute sense of determination to make informed choices for our benefit and that of the people of Sierra Leone.
