I'm an HR data specialist who's been working on operational and strategic HR data projects for over 10 years in a variety of companies, from NYSE listed multinationals to local universities. I'm ranked in the top 5% globally of Excel users (LinkedIn assessment) and regularly support on HR data strategy and reporting projects for organisations, typically between 250-2,500 employees, based in the UK and internationally. I've managed HRISs, LMSs, providing regular reporting for internal and external audiences, including gender pay gap reporting and externally assured/audited ESG reporting. I now run a 'Foundations of HR Data' programme to help HR professionals build the HR data, statistics and Excel skills they need to boost their team's and business' success.
